can you guys please explain why this broke so quick? the reviews on your website are all for the same issue i've experienced: the failure of the clock hands ability to stay in place. is there any way to fix this and, if not, why is this still being sold if you know something like this can occur? i bought it a month ago for my nephew and some reviews mentioning this issue were submitted months and months ago. i hope you guys weren't knowingly selling a faulty product. i've called during business hours before and had no luck with speaking to someone who can help; can you please get back to me as my nephew absolutely adores this. in the mean time, buyer beware.

The only problem I've run into, is the clock hands become loose over time and there's no real way to fix them or tighten them back up, so the "time" always reads 6:30 for my son, and he gets really frustrated.

Pls bring back your maid puppet cus the chef puppet and maid puppet are like a duo.

Kids fell asleep so I had a chance to clean up . Took 30 mins to mess with this set!! 🥰 can’t figure out what the rectangle peice with the rainbow stripes is for? 🤔 Edit: ITS SPRINKLES!!!!

I love all of your toys so much!! We have so many. These water wow books are amazing. My daughter is 2, she has autism and she loves to zone out on these. It has a calming effect on her. I enjoy it too 😂 very therapeutic and no mess!
